Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

SHIPPING INFO
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION BEFORE E-MAILING QUESTIONS ABOUT SHIPPING STATUS / TRACKING OF PACKAGE QUESTIONS AND MORE.
Firstly, Thank you for choosing NAFSI BOTANICALS products. In as much as I would love to be on that express level with delivery; I’m a one-woman show and everything is made by hand so it takes me a little longer. Please, read this section or FAQS before emailing about your orders as your question is most likely answered here.
Much love and appreciation for your patience and sweetness that you all show me, I am beyond grateful.
I will gradually be working on a better shipping option until we find a suitable option for you all. Until then please have patience with your shipments, I am working on getting the best shipping provider future wise as I know the long wait for the items may sometimes be a pain.
WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF YOUR PRODUCTS?
Please enjoy all of your products within 6-12 months of opening. Best used at fresh, as they are all natural ingredients.
SHIPPING
By using the Nafsi Botanicals Hair & skincare website/sites/shops (facebook, Instagram & including all other shops; you are acknowledging that you have read, understand, and agreed to these rules. From time to time, we may modify these to which the contents and services available are subject. Therefore, we ask that you continually review when visiting our website/sites. Acceptance of these terms & conditions does not affect your statutory rights, except so far as legitimately excluded.
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders ship directly from Oslo, Norway.
Each product is made with the highest attention to quality, Passion, mindful details and lots of love.
After an order is placed, normally we ship between 3-5 working days, please allow up to a week for your order to ship. We handcraft each item we send out. This includes creating, bottling, labeling, and shipping. Handcrafted items do take a little longer to produce than mass-produced items. Many of our items are made so they are at the peak of freshness when you receive them.
Return Policy
A customer has right to a 14-day return under the following:
- Product is damaged
- Received wrong product
- Regret of purchase
- - According to the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act, orders can be returned within 14-days from delivery. No refund or exchange will be made after the 14-day grace period.
All refunds require a receipt or proof of purchase (customer email with the order confirmation).
Before a refund is issued, all items must be returned to Nafsi Botanicals for approval. Items must be in the original packaging, unused, unopened, and the same condition as received.
In special circumstances, we allow partial reimbursement, i.e. item is damaged or has defects for reasons that are not due to an error on our part (product complaint).
Refund and complaint
All refunds must be returned to Nafsi Botanicals for approval. Once the item has been inspected, an email will be sent with an approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be processed and funds reimbursed.
Reimbursement
Allow up to 7 days to receive the agreed refund.
Goods for sale
Discounted items cannot be refunded. This includes all discounts.
Exchange of goods
Only damaged items can be exchanged. This does not include indentations or damages made to the exterior box during shipping. This only includes the primary item (product). If you want to exchange a damaged item, send an email to nafsibservice@outlook.com
Where to send returned goods
Shipping & duty fees are non-refundable. When making a return that is not a defect/damaged or wrong item from sender Nafsi Botanicals, the returnee is responsible for shipping & duty costs. It is advised to ship with tracking and/or insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item for untracked shipments.
Items being returned for damage approval or wrong item will not be subject to shipping or duty fees. Nafsi Botanicals will issue the return shipment. Please, contact customer service for further instructions.

TRACKED SHIPMENTS / WHY CAN’T I TRACK MY ORDER?
We are a newly established business which means we cannot offer free tracked shipping — we realize shipping might seem pricey but we have done, and will continue to do our best to get the best quote for international delivery, which is costly worldwide these days.
We ship all of our packages with a trusted courier called PostNord for domestic shipping for INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING UPS.
Our standard international shipment is NOT tracked — but our packages are delivered without problems. Please just be patient while waiting for your package, it’s often just a matter of time before it arrives.
IT CAN TAKE UP TO FOUR WEEKS TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER DEPENDING ON YOUR LOCATION. THIS IS MOST LIKELY TO HAPPEN WITH AUSTRALIAN AND CANADIAN ORDERS, AS CUSTOMS OPERATES SLOWER THERE.
Please let us know if you need an item by a certain date and we will always do our best to accommodate your needs, but we CAN’T force the shipping time to arrive sooner no matter what. This is completely out of our hands, unfortunately.
ONLY ORDERS OVER $155 WILL BE SHIPPED WITH TRACKING — YOU WILL RECEIVE THE TRACKING NUMBER WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER WE SHIP.
Once your order has been delivered to the post office you will receive a shipment email (PLEASE CHECK SPAM) detailing that: Orders outside of EU can take up to four weeks to arrive after shipping. Usually, it will arrive much sooner, but customs departments do have the right to hold items and there is not much we can do about this. Our packages arrives in your country no later than 5 days after shipping but we can’t fast forward to process or customs.
EXPECTED DELIVERY
Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed and some packages may take longer due to unexpected delays – especially during busy times (holiday seasons, etc).

EU latest 7 days after shipment
Canada & Australia 11-18 days after shipment
INTERNATIONAL 11-18 days after shipment
Shipping can sometimes take a longer time to arrive, unfortunately; but we promise that the products are worth the wait. Should your questions not have been answered here please contact us and we will get back within 48 hours.
CUSTOMS, DUTY, AND TAXES
It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (not including shipping charges) on all packages destined outside the European Union, and shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be carried by you. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
RETURN POLICY
While we hope that you truly enjoy every product that you order from us, we understand that everyone's skin is unique and individual, and resonates differently with hair and skincare products. We strongly recommend a patch test before hand.
We encourage you to reach out via any of our social media platforms or via email at nafsibservice@outlook.com with any questions or concerns you have prior to placing an order.
We are happy to include free samples (when available) with any order placed on our website, and can help you choose products that are right for you.
If your package arrives to you damaged and/or broken, we are happy to replace it for you. Please retain all original packaging and send us an email with photos to nafsibservice@outlook.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. We may ask you to send us the broken item in which case, we will gladly pay for the return shipping charge.
Nafsi Botanicals does not offer returns, refunds or exchanges on any products due to general dissatisfaction or if a product does not resonate with your skin.
With that said, it is extremely important to me that you are satisfied with your order. If you need assistance in any way with your order or with the products, or if you have any feedback to offer, please contact us and we will assist you as soon as possible.
PLEASE NOTE THAT AS NATURAL PRODUCTS, THERE MAY BE VARIATIONS IN COLOURS AND SCENT FROM BATCH TO BATCH. THIS IS DUE TO THE USE OF UNREFINED, ORGANIC AND COLD PRESSED OILS AND NATURAL BOTANICALS.
IF FOR ANY REASON, YOUR PRODUCTS ARRIVE DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCOMPLETE, I WILL MAKE THE SITUATION RIGHT IMMEDIATELY. PLEASE CONTACT US SO WE CAN REMEDY THE ISSUE.
