Nafsi Botanicals Skin & Haircare are carefully formulated for a wide range of skin & hair needs, and concern such as but limited to, skin clarity, uneven skin and dark spots, dry skin. Our products are crafted with premium ingredients, that are not just supportive to enhances healthy skin & hair, but are also gentle. Nutrients rich ingredients that are handpicked to help even skin tone, improve elasticity, and giving skin youthful and radiant appearance.

 

Our haircare is formulated with a deep focus on Natural Hair and texture hair. At Nafsi Botanicals Healthy hair is good hair, and healthy body & scalp grows healthy hair, with holistic approach. Nafsi Botanicals Haircare is designed to aid  a wide range of Hair  & scalp needs and concern such as shedding, dandruff, itchiness, flaky scalp among others.

Where are NAFSI BOTANICALS products made?

All of our products are handmade in OSLO, Norway. All of the products we offer are handmade, from start to finished, from formulations created through years of Education, research, and practice. With true vision, purpose, guidance, and passion for what we do, we are forever students within our Field.

 

ARE ALL YOU PRODUCTS NATURAL?

We do not compromise when selecting or sourcing ingredients, ALL  our ingredients are 100 % natural, and most are certified organic or wildcrafted with proper documentation/ certification by our suppliers. We work with suppliers that have values align with ours. We only source ingredients from sustainably produced sourced.

We do use Organic ingredients, however we are not a certified Organic. This is why we identify our organic ingredients with (*) on our website and packages.

 

Why is my product slightly different color than my previous order?

Due to the use of Raw unrefined, organic and cold pressed oils, butter, botanical herbs, color may vary from batch to batch. We use our ingredients in high percentages for best result and quality, and due to natural variation, color depth of the botanicals, extracts, clay, carrier oil distillates & essential oils can vary from season to season. This in no way decrease the effectiveness of the product. Because of Our standard for quality, we’d rather not include synthetic dyes, bleaches or color enhancers to create consistency.

 

Product suitable?

With the awareness that each individual is unique, each skin, and hair is individual regardless of common issue. Also, it is perfectly normal that the body go through a temporary transitional detoxification when switching over to 100% Natural brand.

 

What do you package the products in?

Majority of our products are packaged in Miron Violet Glass. Miron violet glass is biophotonic, meaning that electromagnetic wave of UVA and FAR infrared are able to penetrate through the glass and enhance the contents. Whereas Miron Violet glass completely block all harmful rays from the light spectrum ( with the exception of violet light). This unique combination allows for optimal protection against the aging process, thus considerably preserving and increasing the potency and aliveness of beautiful botanical while adding vitality energy to the content inside.

 

OUR PRODUCTS ARE FREE FROM:

Filler, Alcohol, Soy, GMO, Pesticide, Paraben, SLS, Phthalate, Mineral oil, Petroleum, DYE & Fragrance oil free, Synthetic, Animal testing, WE DO NOT TEST ON ANIMAL!.

What happens after I place my order?

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number. Your order will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days during regular seasons. During busy times such as Christmas and the holidays, your order may ship between 5-15 business days. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

What is your shipping timeline during COVID-19?

Our team is working hard to get orders shipped as quickly as possible.

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email and a shipping confirmation email from us within 3-5 business days. Shipping companies may experience some delays at the moment, due to the current pandemic. We have no control over the delay for delivery once your package ships. Express shipping is available upon request for an extra cost.

Which shipping courier do you use?

We ship all national and Nordic orders with POSTNORD  and other international orders  to other regions via UPS. When can I expect my order to arrive? ( need to be updated

We usually ship orders within 3-5 business days (during regular seasons). Please bear in mind that due to the current pandemic, local delivery services may be delayed (which is out of our control). Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a notification when your order is on the way with tracking information. Shipping cost varies depending on your location as well as the weight of the order placed. 

Where can I buy your products?

Our products can be bought directly from our online store. Please note that unauthorized sales from stores or sources other than our website cannot be verified. If and when we have an established NAFSI BOTANICALS stockiest  it will be listed on our website for your review. We kindly ask that you please notify us if you notice the sales of NAFSI BOTANICALS products from an unauthorized source as we need to ensure the quality control of our brand and prevent counterfeit sales. Please note that purchasing from an unauthorized retailer is a big risk and may result in you receiving used, damaged, tampered, contaminated and even counterfeit products. We cannot guarantee nor replace products purchased from retailers we have no relationship with.

Why are your products higher priced?

We aim for quality over quantity and strive to offer a line of high-performance natural green beauty products that are truly desirable, luxurious and made with the finest, premium ingredients for your skin and hair.

As a results-driven brand, our products are formulated with a powerful combination of ingredients, savoir faire and exclusive formulas developed using rare ingredients. We refrain from using any fillers such as water or silicone to drive our production cost down and avoid using low-grade ingredients. Also, the majority of our premium (organic and unrefined) ingredients and cosmetic actives are sourced abroad which increases our production cost due to importation, duties, and currency exchange. NAFSI BOTANICALS uses only the  highest quality natural ingredients available on the market.

What is your return policy?

We want you to have the best experience using Nafsi Botanicals. However we are a newly established brand, our products are fresh and to ensure the safety and quality of our products all purchases are FINAL.

What do I do if I receive a damaged product?

We are so sorry to hear this! In case of damaged product, please contact our customer care at nafsibservice@outlook.com  so that we can help you. Please email us a photo of damaged goods within 3 business days of receiving it with your order number and we will get in touch with you.

Do I have to pay duties?

All international orders are subject to duties fees and extra charges. Please understand this is not under our control and duties fees may be charged by each respective country and their government at customs, based on your country’s regulations. If you place an order and live outside of NORWAY, you may be charged duties at customs when your parcel arrives at destination. Duties fees will vary depending on the location and quantity and value of the order.

Do you offer discounts?

NAFSI BOTANICALS does not offer discounts. We do provide occasional treats with purchase promotions throughout the year and always include a complimentary sample with your order. Come back to our website often not to miss any future promotion.
